We create or refine any itinerary to reflect your group's
interests, needs, time frame and budget. If you have a group that
wants to do something special, the Group Department staff will build a
program to suit your group and discuss all aspects of your tour
itinerary, hotels, budget, sightseeing program or airlines. The types
of tours that we can offer are endless! We have included some
suggested itineraries and inclusions to give you some ideas. If your
knowledge of Ireland, Britain or Italy is not up to speed, you can
rely on one of our group travel professionals for up-to-date
information.
The cost of a customized tour depends on the duration, hotels and
features selected. We use mainly 3- and 4-star hotels to provide a
good value-for-money tour. With a bigger budget, we can book 5-star
and castle hotels that are extremely popular. Special meals or
sightseeing can be included wherever you wish. The program is quoted
to you as a net rate and we include complimentary tour conductor
places in the land-only cost.

Simply put - we take care of it all.
- Tour Design. Following your desires or our suggestions -
a full tour is designed to the highest specifications.
- Informational Meeting. After the design of your
organization’s tour is set, we will set up an information meeting to
detail the tour and answer questions.
- Printed Material and Website. We take care of printing
your organization’s customized brochure and registration form as
well as an exclusive page in our website for your group to visit and
share comments in a forum.
- Processing Deposits and Payments. Payments for your group
are sent directly by each passengers to our Company for processing.
As your group’s leader, we will provide you regular updates on
registrations and payments.
- Final Documents and Informational Meeting. If possible,
we like to distribute final documents as a group in order to detail
the tour inclusions and answer any last minute questions.
- Your Tour. From your departure here in the United States
to your return home - we are with you all the way! Checking you in
at the airport, following your baggage in Ireland, insuring the
quality of your accommodations and meals, and making sure you
remember to have Fun!

FAQ's for Group Travel
How can I get a group together?
Lots of people like to travel as a group. Contact your local church,
club, pub or any association that you are connected with. Once you get
the core group, we will work with you on the travel program and assist
with sales flyers and information.
What's included in these tours?
All the components for a great vacation. We use quality accommodations
- mainly superior first class hotel (4-star). A full cooked breakfast
is included every morning throughout Ireland. Dinner is served most
evenings and some of these dinners are special banquets, theatre
evenings or cabaret-style entertainment. Every day a fun sightseeing
program enables visitors to see highlights and yet enjoy some free
time for independent activities.
What about optional extras?
No optional extras - no hidden costs. We believe in including all the
components for a tour from the beginning so that clients know exactly
what to expect.
What about tour conductor places?
Free conductor place or places are offered, depending on group size.
What's the minimum and maximum group?
Typically a group is 16 or more passengers. If you have a
